Jennifer Horning Foran is an artist living in Portland, Oregon. She was born in Ridgeway, Pennsylvania and received her Bachelors Degree in Art Education from Pennsylvania State University and her Masters Degree in Education from Portland State University. She shows her work frequently throughout the Portland and Southwest Washington area, most notably at the Water Resource Center in Vancouver, Washington and at Portland Open Studios. Jennifer has donated various pieces of her artwork to local non-profit organizations such as the School & Community Reuse Action Project (SCRAP) & Pacific Environmental Advocacy Center (PEAC). She also works as an Art Specialist teaching Elementary Art in Ridgefield, WA.
